Special Events
Welcome to LCYS Special Events Area.
From time-to-time we participate in special events which require support in the form of volunteers, sponsorship and donations (in-kind and monetary).
LCYS also has a signature 3rd party event campaign titled Live it Up for Literacy or fondly referred to as L4L.
As an L4L Party Host you would host a party or gathering (small or large) where you would ask for contributions to support adult-literacy and the Literacy Council York-Simcoe. You would then donate the proceed from your event to LCYS to further our efforts in providing essential skills-development programs to adults in York-Simcoe.
